Blue Dart Express — not delivered on time and also i informed the delivery boy to return my courier but they haven't returned for more than on month

My debit card package is delivered from blue dart.
When package came to my address at that time i have changed my address. When delivery boy came to deliver my old address.. I have informed him to return to the bank because currently i am not available to the address. Still now they haven't delivered to the bank.

Once again bank send package to my new address.
I have received the message like we have tied to deliver to your address but house is locked. Please send the time slot to deliver the courier but
Delivery boy haven't called me to deliver the courier.
