This is the third time I'm experiencing this for the same parcel ([protected]), has been returned twice, now it has been reshipped still I haven't received
If there aren't enough delivery persons available during this time then please ask the sender not to use your service as you can't deliver at the right time
Please tell me where else should I raise this complaint ? I'm tired of mailing and not getting proper response
You don't direct calls to the right person for complaints like these
