Blue Dart Express — not delivering product | |
Hello, bluedart is supposed to be a courier company. That means to deliver the products at the mentioned address. I wonder is it a supermarket or other shops? Everyone have to go there and stand in queue (Or a mess) to get something sent to their address!! What is the point in purchasing online and sending things if you have to go out all the way to a shop and collect it?? Point Bluedart ettumanoor is not delivering my product for the second time. They will keep it a few days and send it back!! What an irresponsible company!! Pathetic customer care ever! My second order id is given which is not send back yet.
