Blue Dart Express — not delivering the couriers properly and not within the time | |||
Dear sir/madam, I am dinesh karra from tuni (East godavari district-ap), the bluedart couriers were not delivering properly within the time here at the tuni. They are not even responding properly with us. They are updating the wrong status, when we tracking the item/product. I have faced two times the same problem. Because when we got any important documents, they are not delivering and they are not doing second attempt but they are updating the status that secondary attempt completed, they are keeping the items with them or returning back. The delivery boy was not reaching the delivery address. I explained him the location and address many times still he was not ready to come. His behaviour is very rude. He did not deliver the parcel. He spoke very harshly and went away.
