Blue Dart Express — not even trying to deliver my parcel

When ever i track, they make an excuse that my address is incorrect or they extension number. We don't have any extension number here. I mailed them twice. Tried customer service too. Btw to inform, the customer service number doesn't work. They will ask the waybill number. Tell u that they will let you talk to a executive and then no answer and after 7 minutes, they will cut the call. Wtf is the use having customer service then?
*truly disappointed*.

Moreover please don't make excuses. I didn't expect blue dart to do something like that. I look forward to get my parcel soon
