Blue Dart Express — not received courier by blue dart

My courier with tracking id [protected] is out for delivery from last 4 days but i have not received it till date. My courier was arrived on jan 10 in gurgaon.

There is mention in status wrong pin, will impact delivered. My pin code is -122002. I want received this courier on my office address. I am mentioned here plot no-3011, basement sector-46 gurgaon.
I am mention here also my mobile no-[protected]. Executive can call me if the location not found by executive.
I request that my courier be delivered immediately and avoid any further delays
