Blue Dart Express — not received the consignment

My consignment was to come through your courier service but not delivered yet due to the incorrect address updated on your portal. The address mentioned on the consignment is exact address and can be find easily. I raise the complaint on your portal and asked for the address by your representative the same i had mailed with contact no. But today again not deliver by giving the reason of incorrect address. If the delivery person is not able to find the home he could call but not.
Kindly look into the matter and resolve it asap
