I paid to your Bluedart delivery agent Umesh Kumar via PhonePe

He said to me that he didn't received my payment for my parcel.
After this i paid him personally Rs.1099 to receive parcel on his Personal Number UPI.
He said me to contact Bluedart to receive the refund of the failed transaction.

Its More than 5 Months they don't respond to my complaint.
I asked help from H&M they said we don't care for your refund the payment is done between you and bluedart.
I confirmed that payment was made from my side from axis bank.
Please help me H&M also banned my account so i can't further do any action on this
Escalation no is[protected] for this case i registered in H&M also but they don't take action.
I am attaching all the statement where Bluedart and H&M are saying they don't received my payment and i attached confirmation of axis bank that transaction is successful and my bank statement for that day.
Please help me if someone is reading this.
