On 8th of may the package has reached my location as per the details given in the blue dart tracking website. But today it is 15th of may which is already a week & i have not received the package yet. No one from the courier company contacted me. I have been staying in the given address for more than 25 years now. But the response given is "no such consignee at the given address".

Updated by HemaChandran Rajamanicam I contacted the Customer Service on 13th of May during which a representative assured that the package will reach me by today. But I am yet to receive it yet. There was no connection made to me by any of the delivery agents from 8th of May till today. I do not have any delivery person's contact number too. There are even name boards displayed in my home which is a clear indication that I stay over there. (In case the person has actually visited the address). Just posting some random delivery status is not good. The management should do something about this.
