[Resolved] Blue Dart Express — order delivered to wrong person/didn't delivered to me | |||
My shipment is delivered to wrong person (Someone praveen i don't know him) the delivery boy not even call me, i received the msg from bluedart saying shipment will be delivered today i was waiting for delivery boy's call but then i received the delivered msg on my phone saying shipment is delivered to praveen i don't even know who is praveen how could they simply deliver the product to anyone and the delivery boy number also not there in that msg to contact him. Can you please send it to me and please call me before you delivery. Was this information helpful? | |||
Oct 22, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved I got call from my office security he told my shipment is with him and he asked me to collect it. Blue Dart Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
