My waybill number is [protected]. I ordered an item from Zara on 26th November 2022 and the app showed the estimated delivery date of 30th November 2022. I wanted the item latest by 1st December 2022. The parcel was shipped through Blue Dart Express. The company Zara gave the parcel to Blue Dart on 26th November itself. The parcel is stuck in Gurugram and Delhi since then and there is no update. I have tried calling the company for more than 50 times, 53 to be exact and there has been no response. The call just goes busy or unreachable. I even tried mailing the concerned authority but there has been no concrete reply or update about my order. I would be really grateful if you could look into this matter
