My courier sent from HDFC bank was not delivered to me. I did not even receive any calls from your delivery person, but the shipping status says delivered. My shipping id is [protected]. Please help me get my documents. It's very important.

[protected] is the way bill no of the consignment sdnt to me by M/s care health insurance, Gurugram. Your tracking history shows it was delivered to me on 25th march 21. But I have not received the consignment. Please look in to the issue and see the document is delivered.

I have parcel delivery scheduled on April 22, 2022. But I didn't receive the parcel still now but got delivery message on April 22 itself. It is prepaid parcel. It is urgently needed product. I raised complaint to customer executive. But parcel is not received yet. Way bill no is [protected]. Kindly take action as soon as possible. Without delivering the parcel how they can delivery message. It is looking bad.
