Blue Dart Express — ordered products missing and some doesn't work.

My name is asif iqbal.
My tracking id is [protected].
My ordered items were a combo of bluetooth headsets, 64 gb pendrive, 64 gb memory card and bluetooth earphone.
But the 64 gb memory card and bluetooth earphone were missing.
I was supposed to to get a sony pendrive but i received kingston pendrive.
Moreover the one bluetooth headset i received doesn't work.
I received the products on 4th november 2017.
Kindly help me to return the products and refund me the price i paid.

I don't konw whether your agents are trying to deliver a package or they will update the status for the namesake.
