Dear Sir/Madam,

My ref no is [protected] my expected delievery date is April 8 which is not delivered and i didnt get any call regarding the delivery, it got delayed with a false reason "No Such Consignee At The Given Address", I have called customer care the customer executive assured me that it will be delivered on April 9th, But April 9th also i didnt get my package and i called customer care but didnt get proper response

Hi I have not received by document with ref no [protected] .
The guys did not called me as well as it is marked as now as"door lock" . The door is never locked.

Can you you please resend my parcel. ASAP.
