[Resolved] Blue Dart Express — Package not delivering | |
My AWB [protected] My package not delivering from last 7 months. 1 card already destroyed due to undelivered.2nd wandering in Blue dart stores. Several times I visited store and also contacted customer care. But no use. Today I was tracking my package and found it was updated as 'Address Incorrect' at Tolichowki store. Again I visited to know why this happened. I was shocked with the store persons irresponsibility and insulting behaviour. They thrown my ID card on me and told me 'We are not responsible for this. This is your bank's mistake, go and ask Blue Dart customer care and your bank' I felt very bad and insulted. I never faced this earlier and it is a very bad day for me. You don't know how much I bothered by your persons. Then I asked my banks person to transfer my amount to another bank and asked to close my account permanently. Because of this behaviour/response.
