Blue Dart Express — pan card showing delivered but not yet received

I am Noor Alam, was expecting my PAN Card to get deliver before 11.09.17. From Pan Card Office I got communication that it has left on 01.09.17. But yesterday when I tracked with my Bluedart Waybill number, I found the status showing Delivered on 06.09.17. Whereas I have not found my PAN Card till now, neither I got any calls from Bluedart.

Please update me on the issue as soon as possible.

Sir from last 4 days i m calling again and again but i m not getting my courier and not getting any call my no. Is awb [protected]. Pls call me as soon as possible and pls give my courier as soon as possible [protected] [protected].
His is very bad experience and not getting as it is very imp. And u r destroying ur image .
