Blue Dart Express — parcel not being delivered | |
Hello team, I am writing to you as i didn't get my parcel which i was supposed to receive on 29th itself. The comments mentioned no one was available on first day and 2nd day it says address unlocated. How on earth is that possible that on first day u didn't anyone at home and on second day you write address not located. Also, no one tried to contact me over phone even if there was any of the aforementioned problem. This is not a good ehtic. Secondly, when i contacted the delivery person he told me sir i have a lot of work and disconnected the call. What sort of service you are providing? I tried to contact who happens to be from delhi branch, she is arrogant too and didn't reply. This sort of service is not acceptable. Kindly assist me in getting my parcel.
