Blue Dart Express — Pathetic service, shipment not delivered after several commitment from customer care | |||||
I had scheduled the delivery of my shipments ([protected], [protected], [protected]) in the first half of the day as I am a working person and the customer care person assured me of the delivery which has not yet happened. I had to take leave and wait for the shipment which I am still doing. I had called the customer care for atleast 10 times and every time they made a commitment of getting the shipment dlivered in next 15 minutes which has not yet happened. you people don't value the time of others. I am really very disappointed with the service. I am not sure if i will receive the shipments after wasting two days of mine. I was assured that i wil get a cal from senior person to get my issues resolved which I have not yet received. Was this information helpful? | |||||
