Blue Dart Express — payment made twice | |||
Please note i received a package on 22-7-17 through bluedart for which i was supposed to make a payment. I was not having change ₹1550/- at that time so your courier person shiv charan suggested to make an online payment so i made a online payment which declined at that time as he was getting late so i managed and have given him payment in cash. But after 15minutes of his departure i received a message that ₹1550/- has been deducted from my account. For this i called shiv charan immidiately to return my cash payment as online payment is done. But he refused he said he had entry of cash payment in his books so my deducted amount will be returned by company itself. But still i am standing on date of 9-8-17 chasing mr anil since day 1 and he is saying that cheque is not made and now he is saying that cheque is made but manager is not there to sign the cheque. I am facing this problem since 15 days. I dont think bluedart is a fraudelent company and provide such services. My pacakge reference number is [protected]. Please resolve this issue because i have others work to do other than chasing people for my money. I was at home at 3.25 pm .but blue dart did not come till 4 pm.they do not call before they come.I am yet to receive the letter, I am very upset.l call and deliver soon.
