Blue Dart Express — Pending to receive my Consignment | Bad experience ever I have from Blue Dart courier service | |||||
Hello there, Before I proceed I would like to mention Waybill No. first for which I'm facing an issues and reason of that is your BlueDart team. Waybill No.: [protected] Today around 12 pm, company's courier boy tried to attempt delivery at my given address for this consignment and I was not available on my given address due to my office work. So, I asked courier boy to hand over my consignment to my cousin, but as per your policy It was not possible So, I suggested him another option that try to attempt delivery in evening. Now, It's obvious that during office hours, I'll be not available at my given address and It's normal - nobody will be available. So, I went with some other options which are given below: (1.) I asked him to attempt delivery in evening. (2.) I informed him that personally I'll pickup courier in evening from your BlueDart office. After giving these many options (which are really possible to follow), But again he denied totally and became rude and were talking in the way which was not expected in any way from BlueDart officials. Courier boy also informed me that, now on wards he's not going to attempt second delivery for my consignment. This is seriously was not expected and also not accepted from this big corporate company. I want to draw your attention regarding this issue and want you to do the needful in this case. I'll be available tomorrow at my given address though I have taken off from my office just because of this type of services which I experienced from Blue Dart. The same thing i discussed on phone call with your customer support executive (on this number:[protected], but the lady was also not co-operative and did not help/respond me well regarding this issue and was not able to fix my issue. I also suggested her to let me allow to pickup consignment from your authorized BlueDart office, but She became so much rude that I did not go further regarding this issue with her. Thanks!
