Blue Dart Express — Poor service and poor behaviour of customer care officer | |||
This my second poor experience with Blue dart, way bill of my second consignment is [protected] and arrived at Rajkot on 20.11.2015... nobody from blue dart called me and i didn't get any SMS from them... I got the way bill no. from SBI CC office and track the consignment and i was surprised to see that till 23.11.2015 consignee is not available and i am physically available at my both the addresses and nobody from blue dart called me ... today on 24.11.2015 when i called to customer care on [protected], how butchery way MS. Himani talked with me i was really shocked that how a customer care officer talk like this, they really don't realize the pain of customers ... in this panic situation even a customer can express their views in the same manner that the customer care officer behaved ... sorry to say that this is not the way to treat your customers ...
