Blue Dart Express — poor services of blue dart regarding delivery of debit card

The deliver boy name was ravi contact number -[protected]
He didn't deliver intentionally used slangs... That is been told to the customer executives named smitha and reety they assured that the delivery service will be done today but now when i called they are saying the address is not correct and they are denying their mistake. I would be requesting please take action against it

Updated by Jan Dutta I have recieved my another bank debit card with the same address and because the courier boy doesnt want to do the delivery i am facing issues

Blue dart is the worst service in India ... I had get 3rd time bad experience with blue dart...they never call every to Clint ..how will we come to know courier will come at particular on any Time ...I am at home full day for 15 min i went down for some work and your company boy even not call me and inform me.this is worst service will mention my feedback this on website too.
