Blue Dart Express — problem with card delivery | |||
Please improve your customer support. My atm card dispatched from the bank a week ago and corporate office address was given, because of that delevery boy yelled at me and he was reluctant to neither deliver to my address which is hardly 400 mtrs away from that office nor giving it to security at that office. So i have lodged complaint. After that they asked me to update my address and i have updated 2 days before and now same person calling me and asking me to update address. As soon as i told i have updated, after bank send us intimation we will deliver. Otherwise we wont he told and cut the call without hereing from myside.
