Blue Dart Express — product delivered at wrong location and blue dart team not responding to my concern

We had sent our product via blue dart to our customer located in bangalore, however the consignment has been delivered to another customer in tamilnadu. Even though the name and address was clearly visible on the label of the package.

I had been dropped an email to the concern person but could not get any response from them.

I want to escalate this to an higher level.

I am received a massage my documents deliver at 10.54 on 30 Nov. To sunita but I am not received any documents and sunita is not anybody in my home .so I think your person not came in my house and he is the false received by your boy. Please check and sending my documents. Regards.
