This is with reference to my Waybill No. [protected], can you please explain what do you mean by "Product undelivered due to Prohibited Area- Entry restricted for delivery."
Firstly, I am not staying in a WAR ZONE that you entry is restricted and you are not allowed in that area.
Secondly, if I have provided you my phone no. then it has some meaning in it, if you don't know let me explain it to you, it means to call the customer who's parcel you are delivering. If you are not doing so then please learn to do it from next time.
And yes try to accept your flaws and update it as per that in Tracking Details. I know you don't understand what I am talking about. Let me explain you with an Example:
If you are not delivering the order on the supposed date whatever the reason may be; May be you are not willing to deliver or you are genuinely have any issue please update the same in the Tracking Details. Don't just put the blame on Area that its Restricted. See by God's Grace our area is great and we welcome all except the terrorists. So, Next time if you come to deliver (I am sure it will be your first time) just give me a call and there wont be any restrictions.
