[Resolved]  Blue Dart Express — Product delivered to wrong address, product not delivered to the concern person

Blue dart delivery, No. 2729, Ground Floor, Nishvi Tower, 27th Main Road, Hsr Layout Sector 1, Bangalore - 560102 (Opposite NIFT College)

Hi,

I was suppose to receive my delivery today, but bluedart delivery guy delivered to product to wrong person and I got a message saying that product is delivered to some unknown name.
When I reached them they are asking me whther I have any relation with that person, instead of giving me a hope that I will receive my product. And how can they deliver the product to some unknown guy than the concern person.
