It is very upsetting to inform that India’s so called “Best courier service” is actually the “WORST COURIER SERVICE” ever. This is not my first instance with
Bluedart but the second and now i find it very important to share my experience as now i am sure that
Bluedart is the most useless and rubbish courier services i have ever seen.
Worst experience. A delivery guy called me from Mahadevapura, Bengaluru branch for delivery and I told him that I will confirm in 10 min and I called customer service that I have taken off from the office for this and kindly deliver it. Customer service representative confirmed that delivery will be done before 6 oclock. Later delivery guy called around 4 o’clock and told me that there is shortage of delivery van so cannot delivery. If they cannot deliver this they should have told me in the morning I would have gone for my office, I had wasted whole day plus a leave. Again I called and spoke to Customer service called Salvi he told me that it will be delivered by 11 PM however it is not yet delivered and when I checked the status of my WBILL "Customer Requested Future Delivery: Hal" which is not yet all requested by me. Who gave the authorization to update status without intimating the customer. Without customer intimation these people simply updated the status that I have requested to deliver to future delivery.
They have also update in between that there is rain in the area so cannot deliver the consignment. Truth is whole day there were no rain. People like me suffering due to such kind of working culture.
I had invested my entire day for my consignment waiting for it. This clearing shows that they don’t value their customer time which is very disappointing also making customer fool.
If you cannot respect customers time and money then please shut your business and do not give any false commitment.
