Blue Dart Express — Product not delivered despite of too much follow up(Waybill No : [protected]) | |||||
I have booked for delivery on 31st November from Bangalore to Kolkata. While booking It was told that the Item will be delivered on 3rd November as I booked for Express Delivery and I paid high for that and this should be delivered within 48 hrs. The Item was very critical and requires urgent delivery but till now didn't get delivered. I have followed up to the service team but they are not giving any update. I had heard a lot about delivery timelines of Bluedart but this has been a very very bad and worse experience. Please do the needful as this is the last follow-up that I can do from my side.
