Blue Dart Express — product not delivered yet. response is not good.

I would like to complain on blue dart express regarding their response in delivery.

I got a courier for my room address which is not restricted area. But whenever i track and see the status its showing as 'prohibited area-entry restricted for delivery' which is not fair.

The courier contents are important to me. Please do the needful.
