Supposed 2 receive on 15th.it's been 2 days.contacted customer care 3 times.one of the worst services ever.All they do is promise immediate delivery, which never happens.And in the tracking details it's mentioned that the consignee not paid.Without receiving a phone call from the blue dart, how can something like this be assumed.The products has to be sent to kerala before 20th of Nov 2016, which has been delayed due to the unprofessional service of blue dart.
