My way bill number is [protected].I did speak to your customer service and I was promised that my courier will be delivered on a Saturday. However it was not done and your company tried to deliver this on a working day. As a result my courier has returned and now I am in a big problem. I request your office to arrange for redelivery and please send me an alert on my registered mobile. If my request is unattended I will raise this with consumer forum as your staff gave me incorrect information.
