Blue Dart Express — Product was not delivered | |||
My AWB No. [protected] and Ref No. EV[protected] I was supposed to receive the credit card from SBI . I went to the Blue Dart office on 24th August to inquire about the card. I was told that the card has not arrived and it could only be delivered at home address i.e 68A, Motilal Nehru Road, Kolkata 700029. However they did not inform me when it will be delivered and when I visited them again on 26th August, I was told that they returned the card to Gurgaun. I am astonished at the service of Blue Dart and please note that I was not informed anything about the delivery by sms, phone or email. Thus I did not know the status of the delivery. This time again SBI has dispatched the card and I do not know if I will at all receive it. You must punish the persons concerned. Was this information helpful? | |||
