I have booked an online mobile accessories from pepperly.com order no. Ps-58908 and booked by blue dart on 28.09.2018 by courier no. Awb#[protected]. Yesterday i have got a massage from blue dart that parcel is undelivered due to address issue. My complaint is that firstly booked any item after checking pincode by online shopping and after booked. Without search the address and call to me why blue dart sent massage to me that undelivered due to address issue. After that i have continuously calling to blue dart customer call centre but not responded.
