Blue Dart Express — Ref no [protected]- non delivery of consignment | |||||
Dear sir, The above consignment with ref no [protected] was booked from bangalore on 28.09.2016 in blue dart express by paying rs.310.00 for express delivery on the next day. I am really surprised that the consignment was sent to hyderabad hub from bangalore instead of mumbai as per the tracking records. The consignment was booked for urgent delivery and non delivery on 29.09.2016 has put me in financial loss of rs.10000/- for the delay. I do not know how such carelessness can be committed by your personnel without bothering to verify its destination and sending it to hyderabad. By this mail, i call upon you to repay the amount of rs.310/- paid as charges besides damages of financial loss of rs.10000/- along with delivering the consignment to me today 30.09.2016 failing which i shall be constrained to take up case in the consumer forum.
