Blue Dart Express — Refund as parcel not sent

I had opted for home pick-up on 23/12/2020 of my parcel to be sent to California in the US. The parcel was verified by the pick-up person and sealed by him. I had also paid 5340 in cash. Later I got a call from him saying certain products [ chips and tulasi drops ] cannot be sent and hence the parcel would be returned. since the paracel did not leave Mumbai, I was told[ by one Priyanka] that I would be getting my money back. It is a month now since this happened and I have not got my money back. Nor is Priyanka or any other person answering my phone.
It is a senior citizen's hard earned money. Please do the needful to refund my money.
