Its is to inform on high priority that i paid extra amount for tge fastest delivery of my courier containing v important papers which were supposed to be delivered on 3rd oct. I had priorly asked your customer headexecutive before dispatching and left other courier services as they clearly commited will not be able to delivered on 3rd. Ur office didnot had packing covers etc etc but still upon your exective commitment at bludart kharghar navi mumbai branch my couruer z not delivered yet.
