Blue Dart Express — Refund process for returned courier | |||
I had sent courier from pune to ahemadnagar with docket number [protected] about a month ago. It was immediately returned on same day from pune itself. The courier office gave me email id [protected]@dhl.com for the refund & after sending multiple emails, i didn't receive any response. After contacting again to courier office they gave me customer care number [protected] to take follow up. (Pfa) I have tried above customer care number 10 times today & customer representatives are deliberately disconnecting my calls after hearing everything from me without giving any reason. I have found another number [protected] which i am trying & it is saying due to limited customer care attendees we can't connect your call. I am fed up of this ill treatment & service given by blue dart & making last effort to hear further about it and want to go for legal action options. Regards Mohanish salunkhe Ph.
