I sent a consignment from anand, gujarat on 28th of april and i have not received it till now. I had received a call from bluedart kollam office 6days back saying that it is out for delivery but no intimation after that. When i checkthe tracking status, it shows that they tried to deliver it at the said address but returned it undelivered due to the premises being closed, not once but twice. I can prove to you with all evidence that the said address being a commercial establishment has remained open during both the mentioned time of attempted delivery. Now that i have to leave for mumbai for my job and i am in dire need of things in that box, i make multiple attempts to reach out to bluedart. After several attempts, when i finally get to speak to them, i get to know that only one of the two boxes have reached and the other, they are not sure where it is. They say it might reach tomorrow. This is after 16days of sending it from anand, gujarat and after paying rs. 496 per box. I do not understand how two boxes send in the same bill on the same day gets delivered on different dates. To top it all, the rude and arrogant behavior of the people. Now, all this not being my mistake, i request them to at least deliver the one package that they have at kollam so that at least i have something to take with me when i leave for mumbai. But they refuse to do so. Now, will bluedart reimburse me for the extra burden i have to take to get my stuff couriered to mumbai, which otherwise i could have carried with me? Will bluedart reimburse me for the extra dresses and accessories i have to buy because all of mine got stuck in your stupid transit system? I am as well sure that the organization is not courteous enough to reply to or do the needful to address a consumer grievance.
