The status of my shipment is really confusing. It's showing delivery was attempted but premises were closed which is not true as i was at home at all days mentioned in the status report. There was no delivery attempted at all. I don't understand why you are updating such status. I have contacted the customer care number several times but in no use. Even after waiting for 20 mins no customer care executive picked up the call. Also tried to reschedule my shipment still in no use. Please reach out to me at [protected]. I want my shipment as soon as possible.
