Blue Dart Express — regarding credit card delivery from blue dart

I have received a text saying that my credit card will be delivered today but i didn't got any call from any blue dart delivery executive but when i see tracking details it shows that status is c'nee shifted from given address. How come you not contacting the consignee give such status, i want this issue to be resolved asap, and also suggesting to give delivery executive contact details to the consignee. Blue Dart Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jul 13, 2019 Updated by Arunbobby Blue dart has to deliver me my credit card on 10th july 2019 but they didn't deliver it and given the status that consignee has shifted from address without even contacting me and they again said it will be delivered again on 11th July 2019 the delivery executive gave a missed call at 12:48 pm instead of calling me and updated the status as consignee shifted from address as earlier he has done but immediately I called him at 12:50 pm within 2mins but he didn't lift the call at all I had tried so many times but he didn't lifted the call why blue dart is so irresponsible about this I want this issue to be resolved ASAP

The captioned AWB NO. BOOKED on 8th July. It is learnt received by bluedart office on 10th july. Upon contact your office personal informed that will deliver on 12th. Very bad service in your part. Ordinary post is better.
