Blue Dart Express — regarding not delivery of consignment | |||
A consignment was sent by me from lucknow for banglore on 2nd november 2019 and the same was expected to be delivered on november 4, 2019. In this connection, i wish to bring to your notice that the same has not yet been delivered and despite repeated telephonic conversation with your customer service agent but nothing has been done so far to ensure the delivery of the consignment. This is really pathetic and unacceptable from blue dart which is well known for its prompt delivery.
