Dear sir,
I requested for my moto e5 repair so moto care servify assigned bludart courier to pick up my phone on 21 nov 19 so as per stats blue dart person should come on 22 nov for pickup but he could not able to come and put status that package not ready but package was ready and he informed me that he will come today (23 nov 19) but today also not came when i called him he told he was not on duty he is in mumbai can't collect today also so now noone came to pickup still my order pending with your courier service so what's going on this. As i seen very poor service by blue dart. Way bill no..[protected]
