Blue Dart Express — Regarding Shipment no [protected] | |||||
This is regarding a shipment with Shipment no '[protected]'.This shipment was to be delivered on 29th June'2017 at my office address C1, Wave infratech, NOIDA, Sector-3. I haven't recieved any call from the delivery person on 29th june'2017. On 30th june'2017, I called blue dart customer care and they have given me the reason that my Department and Extention No. was not known to them. I gave my department and other details and they arranged a re-scheduling for 1st July'2017 i.e on today. Since morning I am waiting for my parcel to be delievered but till now I haven't recieved my parcel. I again tried contacting the Bluedart Customer Care and they again promised me to arrange a call with the delievery person on my registered no. I haven't recieved any call yet neither I have recieved any text message regarding the same. Was this information helpful? | |||||
