Blue Dart Express — Regarding way bill [protected] | |||||
As mentioned in subject, my shipment has not handed over to me. Shipment has arrived in respective branch which is near to my address, on 11 July 2016. I have not got call from anybody however shipment status mentioned is consinee not available. Not sure how they wrongly assign status of shipment without approaching customer. Bluedart is getting paid for their service then why not they provide proper service??? This is the second time I have got same frustrating experience from blue dart courier company. Need to take serious action against them.. When all other courier services provide proper services and delivery then why blue dart is not???? I need justice else I will publish it on social media as well ... Was this information helpful? | |||||
