Blue Dart Express — Regarding with the abusive language used by your service provider in CIDCO, Nashik

My name is Sunil Kulkarni. My complaint is regarding to the behaviour of the CIDCO BLUE DART SERVICE CENTER Nashik, with my nephew VEDANT ANIL KULKARNI. See, my delivery of Axis Bank Credit card was supposed to be delivered on 16 th February. But till now delivery hadn't attempted. Instead of that Bluedart centre wrote there that they couldn't find the address. Actually the address is clearly mentioned on the courier with the landmark named VAKRATUNDA HOSPITAL. When my nephew went to collect my courier at the centre insted of me, they defended him with reason of blood relation, not only this but their behaviour was also very rude with them and also ABUSED him with the dirty words. What kind of service is this ? I am raising my complaint because of this must not happen with any one else in future. Take action as early as possible.
