Blue Dart Express — return of shipment without delivery attempt

This is to inform you the Shipment of my kit against your waybill no [protected] has been returned without any delivery attempt. Even your people haven't tried to reach me on my contact number.

It is really disappointing to go through such bad service from company like blue dart, while all other courier services are able to deliver positively.
