Blue Dart Express — return tobi travel steamer

I am dc saharan.My ref # is # WF36046. As its functioning is shown on the internet is totally different in actually so i want to return it. because it is totally useless for me. So plz return this product and refund my money. I spend 1499rs. for this tobi travel steamer.please kindly you return this product.Also this is not working properly. I heartly thankful to you for this kindness.
