Blue Dart Express — Returned pan card

Dear Sir,

My father is ex-service man he has applied for PAN card last month from NSDL.

Also NSDL had sent the PAN card through Blue dart courier on 14.03.17 as per way bill no. [protected] but your courier person has not come our home for deliver the above PAN card and mentioned that the nobody was available in home it is big surprised for us.

Sir, every time my father, my mother, my wife and other person is available at home 24 hour.

Now we once again request to NSDL for re-dispatch the above PAN card and NSDL shortly send the same through your courier.

You are requested on receipt please deliver the same on urgent basis as per following address.
