Blue Dart Express — returned to origin at shipper's request sss

The courier service has never contacted me for delivery. Instead, the shipment has been returned to origin at shipper's request. How do i get this re-delivered?

The shipment contains corporate amex credit card. It is very important that this be delivered to me.

Very upset with the service from blue dart. Even after reaching the product at there center they never called for delivery we have to be called for shipment updation and they are not receving the call.
Its at Reckong peo blue dart center...
Really annoying do something or cancel the franchise of them..
I never seen such poor service and late delivery in courier service agency.

I am not happy about this Bluedart service and I will never go with this.
