Hi, i am expected to get a document from citi bank on saturday (7/10/2017). Prakash from gachibowli centre called me in the morning and asked me whether its right time to deliver the courier. Since i dont know about their specific rules and regulations, though i was not in home, i responded yes so that someone in my home can collect the parcel.
(Mistake 1: not giving proper information to customers)
Courier boy (Syed) came to my home and i sent my brother to pick up the courier. He rejected to hand it to my brother and told him very politely about the situation not not giving it. (Appreciated syed).
But when i called prakash to ask him to sort the situation. He responded in very rash manner and used very rude language. He started taunting me that i'm not aware of rules and regualations. Which is completely against the customer service.
I really dont understand how so incompetent people like prakash would allow to sit in such position. Very bad experience and i'm going to complaint the same to citi bank. He don't even know how to behave with customers that a courier boy knows. Was this information helpful? |
